Bidding Terms

In-person inspections are recommended as all items are sold "as-is"
All bids are final when placed, with no retractions
Pay on time, or a 15% penalty fee is applied
Pickup during removal times only. No extensions or exceptions!
Bid Limit: All new bidders have a bid limit of $5,000. To increase your bid limit, please Contact Us.
Soft Close Auction: If a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of an auction lot's scheduled closing time, an automatic extension of 2 minutes will be added to the auction lot's scheduled closing time. The auction lot will close once it has reached it's scheduled closing time and no additional bids have been placed within the last 2 minutes.

When the first bid is placed, bidders are bound by all terms and conditions of this auction. Therefore, Bidders should not participate in the auction if they cannot comply with the stated auction terms. Please bid accordingly.

Payment Terms

Payment Due: Immediately following the close of the auction.

Payments are not charged automatically unless enrolled in Autopay; buyers are responsible for invoice payment, and credit card fees are non-refundable if an alternate payment method is chosen after Autopay.

Penalty Fee: If payment is not received, buyers authorize West Auctions to charge a 15% penalty fee to their credit card based upon their total invoice high bid amount.

NO Buyer's Premium and No Sales Tax

How to Pay Your Invoice: Credit cards online, cash/cashier's checks in our Woodland office (Monday-Friday), or wire/bank transfers. No personal/business checks. Payments are NOT accepted at pickup location.

Removal Policy: Buyers are responsible for all aspects of removal. All items remaining after this specified time are considered abandoned and forfeited, with no further rights by the Buyer. Buyers may authorize another person or company to pick up their auction purchases, provided prior written authorization is given.

Auction Terms

All items are sold as-is, where-is, on behalf of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, with no express or implied warranties. Items are subject to Bankruptcy Trustee confirmation. Items have not been tested by West Auctions. Buyers or their agents are responsible for pickup and verification; no claims are accepted after removal. There are no refunds or exchanges. Buyers in default authorize a 15% penalty fee based on the total high bid amount. West Auctions staff cannot assist with loading. By bidding, bidders agree to all auction terms and should bid accordingly.
